Pre-Season Training
The Monday evening fitness sessions at Fitness First will continue throughout the Summer.
Leader - Lee Balchin. Start time - 7.45PM

Touch rugby will take place at the Club every Wednesday from this week.
Leader - Billy Toone. Start time - 7.15PM

Normal training will resume from Thursday 1st July and will then continue as usual every Tuesday and Thursday.
Leaders - Des Beirne and Ian Neil. Start time - 7.15PM

Dave Maconaghue
Ex Bognor player, Dave Maconaghue, has been appointed to the National Panel of Referees for next season. He is the youngest person to achieve this position and everyone from Bognor RFC wishes him all the best for this great step in his rugby career.
