Under 17's - Bognor Rugby Club
Welcome to the Under 17's team at Bognor Rugby Club.
Bognor 17/18,s combined (colts) had a hard season in the Sussex colts A league, finished with a couple of good results against good opposition and finished 7th. The friendlies played were a different story in results, as we played good Sussex and Hampshire teams and came away with wins!
The season ended with a Tour to spain, based in Benidorm there was not much for the boys in the team to do as far as entertainment was concerned! , we had to result to trips to the San Miguel library, day trip to Tittibar a small Island off the coast, and the highlite was a evening with Sticky Vicky, a magical act that turned into a bit of a car boot sale!!!. We played good opposition La Villa, a good standard league side, Drew 7 all in a fantastic game in a fantastic stadium in front of a 1500 crowd, Drew 17 all against local side Denia RFC, and ended the tour against the Valencia County Academy under 19 side, we lost but not by as many as they expected 34-15!!.....
So a good season Boys, and thanks to all those that helped.....Martin B

Senior & Youth Training
Tuesday and Thursday evenings, 7:00pm to 9:00pm. Supper served after training free to all players
Mini & Youth Training
Sunday Mornings, 10am to 12.00pm.
